The Exposure Triangle is made up of the 3 key must dos for creating a captured moment. The three elements to create exposure are;
-ISO
-Shutter Speed
-Aperture
ISO:
ISO is the sensitivity of your camera which is getting exposed to the camera. This controls how much light is being let in. The higher the ISO number, the high the rate of light getting in and the lower the ISO number the lower the rate of light getting in. Lets say if your out on a sun day, there would be lots of light around and lowering your ISO number will stop too much light coming in and stop over exposure.
